My role
Owned acquisition growth end-to-end: strategy, channels, team build, agency transition, and measurement.
What I did
Built in-house paid media capabilities across Search, Meta, YouTube, and Programmatic
Defined tracking standards, GTM governance, and LTV measurement
Introduced clear reporting cadence and performance dashboards for leadership
Worked directly with Google and key vendors to improve efficiency and innovation
Outcome
Paid media scaled to €1.6M investment (+420% YoY)
Paid channels delivered 69% of all new players in Brazil
ARPU increased by 330% in under 6 months
